Subject to the provisions of section 162 to 165 of the Labour and Employment Act 2007, the supervisor or employer receiving a report made under the relevant sections of the act shall:
Immediately investigate the matter.
Ensure that the reported unsafe conditions are removed without delay
If in their opinion, the report is not valid, must so inform the person who made the report.
