Right of the Employee
Subject to the provisions of section 162 to 165 of the Labour and Employment Act 2007, the supervisor or employer receiving a report made under the relevant sections of the act shall:
- Immediately investigate the matter.
- Ensure that the reported unsafe conditions are removed without delay
- If in their opinion, the report is not valid, must so inform the person who made the report.
